How should I store my Runamok maple syrup?
Once opened, all maple syrup should be stored in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. Unopened bottles can be stored in a cool, dark pantry for up to two years.
What is the shelf life of your infused and barrel-aged products?
Our infused and barrel-aged syrups generally have a shelf life of three years unopened. After opening, we recommend consuming them within six to twelve months for the best flavor profile.
Are your products organic and non-GMO?
Yes, our maple syrups are certified organic by the VOF (Vermont Organic Farmers) and are naturally non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
